All ordered equipment are only for rent, and you will get an invoice after the fair ends. Equipment is delivered to the stand in the construction period.

Carpets are placed in hallways Thursday night at 20pm. Heavy cargo and pallet trucks are not allowed on Thursday 20-22 and Friday.

Friday at 7 pm carpets are rolled out so after 7pm its strictly prohibited to use pallet truck in the hallways.
Sunday 17.10-24
Sunday, May 8 at 17.10 – 24.00 Release exhibition from organizer walls, carpets and spots so we can pack down Sunday.
NOTE: Due to a new event, exhibitors in Hall2 must be completely out by 2359 on Sunday 8 May. possibly move the goods over to Hall1 for collection on Monday at 8.-12.
