All ordered equipment are only for rent, and you will get an invoice after the fair ends. Equipment is delivered to the stand in the construction period.

Carpets are placed in hallways Thursday night at 20pm. Heavy cargo and pallet trucks are not allowed on Thursday 20-22 and Friday.

Friday at 7 pm carpets are rolled out so after 7pm its stricktly prohibited to use pallet truck in the hallways.
Sunday 17.15-24
All technical equipment is dismantled Sunday night and must therefore be free for exhibitor goods.
